In my executive position as Head of Accounting and Consolidation at SCHAUENBURG International, it is very important to me to implement the service concept in the right way and to move projects forward.

After my parental leave, I was given the opportunity to come back part-time, so I can balance my work with my private life.

I’m looking forward to continuing to support and lead my team on a part-time basis.

What I particularly like about my job at SCHAUENBURG International is the variety. In 2017, I was given the opportunity to help restructure the Corporate Development department.

As a project manager, I am directly involved in shaping change: For example, we check how well a company could fit in with us, draft contracts, shed light on legal issues, provide support during integration or lend a hand when commercial processes are not yet running smoothly. I like the dynamics with which we make decisions, sometimes discard them, and always look at things from different perspectives.

I’m sure that there are still many exciting tasks waiting for me here.
