Benjamin Grünauer to become the new CEO of Schauenburg Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH

We are very pleased to welcome Benjamin Grünauer as CEO of Schauenburg Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH, effective May 4, 2026. Over the past 15 years, Benjamin Grünauer has gained management experience at the technology supplier Siempelkamp in various roles, most recently as Managing Director of Siempelkamp Maschinenfabrik in Krefeld and Behältertechnik GmbH in Mülheim. There, he was responsible for production, maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain management, project management, sales, and finance.

Benjamin Grünauer worked for many years in the skilled trades at a metalworking shop and simultaneously studied international technology management and logistics before holding various positions at Siempelkamp, eventually advancing to international management roles. Thanks to his wide-ranging professional experience, he takes a holistic approach to management – a synergy of management, business, and technology.
