Charl Oosthuizen to become new Group Chief Financial Officer

Charl Oosthuizen joins the Schauenburg International – Africa Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing more than 20 years of executive experience across finance, commercial leadership, governance and business transformation.

In his new role, Charl will lead the Group’s Finance function while contributing to the strategic direction of the business, with a focus on strengthening financial performance, driving digitalisation and supporting informed decision-making.

Charl is recognised for his practical, commercially focused leadership style, combining strong financial discipline with technology and data-driven insights to improve business performance, governance and sustainable growth.
