Martin Marais appointed CEO of Schauenburg International – Africa Group

Martin Marais has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Schauenburg International – Africa Group, effective immediately.

Martin joined Schauenburg Systems in 2002 and has since held key roles contributing to the company’s growth. He became Director of Sales & Business Development in 2018 and was appointed Managing Director in November 2025. Since then, he has led the business in advancing its strategic objectives and supporting sustainable growth in local and international markets.

As CEO, Martin will lead the Africa Group, with a focus on implementing its strategy, strengthening operational and commercial performance, promoting innovation and developing the organisation further.
