The Schauenburg Stiftung, which is primarily dedicated to promoting young technical and business talent, is awarding its sponsorship prize to nine graduates of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Oberhausen zu Essen. The prize has been awarded to the best Mülheim graduates of the aforementioned Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 1990 – this year for the 34th time. The award winners completed the following training courses: Industrial Clerk, Industrial Mechanic, Office Management Clerk and Technical Product Designer.
The award ceremony took place in a festive setting at Schauenburg’s premises. In addition to Florian Schauenburg, who presented the prizes on behalf of the foundation, Marc Buchholz, Lord Mayor of the city of Mülheim-Ruhr, Kerstin Groß, Managing Director of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Oberhausen zu Essen and Rainer Lüdtke, Head of the “Science and Environment” team at the German Foundation Center, congratulated all award winners for their outstanding achievements. “We are very pleased to be able to support the commitment of young people, because promoting education is firmly anchored in Schauenburg’s DNA,” summarizes Florian Schauenburg, CEO of Schauenburg International.
