Malvine Komorek is new managing director of Schauenburg Ventures GmbH

Malvine Komorek joined Florian Schauenburg as the new Managing Director of Schauenburg Ventures GmbH on 14 February 2024, in addition to her role as M&A Manager of Schauenburg International. She is now operationally responsible for the ventures arm of the Schauenburg International Group as a consequence of her development work in this area in recent years.

“Our goal is to invest in start-ups in the tech sector that strategically fit well with the core portfolio of the Schauenburg International Group and complement it synergistically,” explains Malvine Komorek. “At the same time, Schauenburg Ventures GmbH as a strong partner is always open for networks and special investments – we are still at the beginning but in continuous development. I’m looking forward to the additional responsibility and what’s to come.”
