Sale of Schiller Apparatebau GmbH to Sinteri Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH

SCHAUENBURG International and managing partner Andreas Schröder have sold their shares in Essen-based Schiller Apparatebau GmbH to Sinteri Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. The company’s portfolio includes Bukau-Wolf GmbH in Grevenbroich, which also offers special machine construction.

“By transferring Schiller to Sinteri, we are strengthening the company’s long-term development opportunities and enabling synergy effects,” confirms Aline Antweiler, CFO of SCHAUENBURG International. “Schiller has been an integral part of the SCHAUENBURG International Group for more than thirty years. It is therefore important to us to support the future viability of Schiller. We would like to thank all employees and the management for their reliability.”
