SCHAUENBURG International successfully sells SCHAUENBURG Industries Inc., CAN, to Rocvent Inc., CAN

Mülheim / North Bay / Chelmsford, 08 July 2021 – The SCHAUENBURG International Group divests its majority stake in the Canadian company SCHAUENBURG Industries Ltd in early July to Rocvent Inc. The Canadian company has been a leading market player in the Canadian mining supply industry for more than 50 years, focusing on safety technology such as mine and tunnel ventilation.

“After a thorough search, we are happy to have found a perfect strategic partner in Rocvent for SCHAUENBURG Industries Ltd in Canada. The Company, still originally founded by my father in the early 1960s, has been an integral part of the SCHAUENBURG International Group for well over 50 years. All the more reason for us to support the future prospects of SCHAUENBURG Industries in Canada in the long term by taking this step,” explains Florian G.
